FRONT OFFICE/LOBBY HOURS

The office is staffed from 8am – 9pm daily.

After hours, in case of emergency, ring the bell outside , call 321-723-3355 - option 2 or dial 0 from the in room phone and then option 2.

POOL HOURS

9AM – 9PM

BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS

A limited number of beach chairs and umbrellas are available for our guest’s use and are stored in the brown bin located in the breezeway to the beach. Please return your items when you leave the beach.

POOL TOWELS

1 towel per person is available in the lobby. Please return your towels to the lobby at the end of the day.

SODA & ICE MACHINE

Located next to the cabana on the north side of the pool.

GRILLING

Tuckaway Shores provides a Green Egg for our guests’ use. Charcoal and utensils are available in the main lobby. Grilling is not permitted on room patios or balconies.

PARKING

Parking is free to our guests and is limited to one car per suite. Please make sure you have a parking pass on your dash to avoid towing.

PET POLICY

Tuckaway Shores does not welcome pets. A $250 cleaning fee will be added to your room charges in the event a pet is found in the suite.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is prohibited in all suites.A $250 cleaning fee will be added to your room charges if smoking is detected in a suite.

Cigar smoking is not permitted on patios or balconies.

CLEANING & DAMAGE FEES

A cleaning fee will be added to your room charges if the suite is excessively messy and/or any damage is incurred in the unit.

CANDLES AND INCENSE

Burning Candles and incense are not permitted in the suites
